Managed IT services
IT outsourcing, “infogérance” in French
Managed IT services means entrusting all or part of the management of your IT to a specialist provider, who takes care of monitoring, maintenance, security and user support.
In practice
The service is described as fully managed when the provider looks after the entire information system, and partially managed when it handles only part of it (the computers, the network, email and so on).
For a small or mid-sized business, managed IT replaces or complements an in-house IT team, with predictable costs and access to a wide range of skills.
At Jesto
Jesto acts as the outsourced IT department of its clients, with contracts that can be cancelled at any time.
