Managed IT pricing in Île-de-France
At Jesto, our hourly rate is €80 to €100 excluding VAT, depending on volume: a quarterly package of on-site visits, sized to your organisation, and remote support billed for the time spent, at the same rate. You can cancel at any time. Device monitoring is free and setup costs are included.

Pay per call-out
Each repair is billed for the time spent. Simple, but with no prevention: you pay when something breaks, and the budget is unpredictable.
Fixed fee per device
A price per device or per user per month. Predictable, but you need to check what is really included and what is charged on top.
On-site package plus time spent (Jesto)
A quarterly package of on-site visits, and remote support billed for the time actually spent. Monitoring and automated routines are free: you only pay for human time.

Indicative example: the on-site schedule ranges from half a day per quarter to one day per week, and the hourly rate decreases with volume (from €100 to €80 excl. VAT). It is set with you after a free audit.

How much does managed IT cost for an SME in Île-de-France?
At Jesto, our hourly rate is €80 to €100 excluding VAT, depending on volume. For example, a package of one day on site per quarter (8 h at €90 excl. VAT) comes to €720 excl. VAT per quarter; requests handled remotely are billed on top, for the time spent, at the same rate.
Is device monitoring charged on top?
No. At Jesto, the licence for the management agent installed on your devices is free and setup costs are included. Many providers charge for monitoring per device and per month on top of their hours.
Can we cancel the contract at any time?
Yes. You simply finish the current quarter.
Are Microsoft 365 licences included?
No. Software licences are billed on top of the managed IT contract. As a Microsoft CSP partner, Jesto advises you on the right licences for each user profile, including the offers reserved for non-profits.
Are projects (migration, office move, device renewal) included?
Projects are covered by a separate proposal, priced according to their scope, on top of the managed IT contract.
