Patch management
Patch management is the process of regularly applying security patches to operating systems and software.
In practice
Most cyberattacks exploit vulnerabilities that the vendor has already fixed but that have not yet been installed. Cyber insurers often require critical patches to be applied within 30 days.
At Jesto
Jesto applies Windows updates every month, with automatic repair if they get stuck, and updates common software every week.
